I've downloaded a movie using Limewire and when I open it up I get this message:

This AVI file was not prepared for sequential reading, the alternative 'AVI Splitter' will now let the default one handle it. The complete reinterleaving of this file is strongly recommended before burning it onto a slow media like cd-rom.

Under the message is a graph looking thing with red and blue lines on it.

Is this something that I can fix, or is the download worthless.

The first minute or so of the video does work, but after that the picture stops moving while the sound continues. Thanks for any help.
