Hello;
I am a new user to this software and am experiencing some minor difficulties. If there is anyone willing to talk me through a few procedures, I would greatly appreciate it.

Can you give us a total desciption of your set up: 1. Operating System version, 2. What firewalls you have, 3. ram, 4. HDD space available, 5. Connection type, 6. Modem & router brand name & model numbers, 7. Where are you trying to connect from (home, school, work, etc.)? 8. Which p2p client (Limewire, Shareaza, etc.)?

Hello; Thank you for replying. I have Windows XP, DSL, and I dropped my fire wall when I downloaded LiveWire. Problem- I can download the music, but can't burn it to a CD. I feel really stupid!
