I'm pretty sure downloading music has infected my computer with spyware. I'm getting pop ups, it's running slow, everything. Will deleting my songs help to get this **** off my computer!? Help PLEASE!!!

You should download Ad-Aware SE from here:

Ad-Aware SE is a well respected adware and spyware remover that I use myself and can personally vouch for.

and you should also use SpyBot SD, downloaded from here:

another well respected adware and spyware remover, which I also use.

Both Ad-Aware SE and Spybot are free (you can make a donation to Spybot) and together get rid of 99.99% of the rubbish that your PC attracts while surfing.

Whenever I have to go onto the internet to make a purchase or perform a banking task I always run Ad-Aware SE and Spybot to insure that my PC is clean, that shows the faith I have in these products.
