Lord of the Rings has a distinguished reputation

If you are using WIndows then go to LW's menu Tools>Options>Saving & you can change the location there. Don't forget to press the Apply button for it to take effect.

I'm not sure but you may also need to move all your incomplete files to the new incomplete folder if there is one.
