Upload Speed
 

For some reason when people are uploading from me I can only give them 40kbs per sec. I Have Cable Internet So This doesn't make any sense! I Tried messing with the upload speed meter and I set it to infinite. So why does it only let it go up to 40?

It's really nice to see someone concerned with fellow p2pers. It is not your problem alot has to down with the connection of the machines downloading from you. They cannot download faster than their connection speed and alot of them are at 26kbs, or slower.
