help please!!

I have a question (obviously) I have 20 songs that I have in my Limewire library that I would like to upload onto my MP3 player. I just can't figure out how...is it even possible? and I DO have my MP3 player connected to my computer by USB port. please let me know, thank you:)

1stly Murasame would be best at answering this. PM Murasame if you like. But it should say within your mp3 manual how to import. LW's dwnd folder can be found here: LW's menu Tools>Options>Saving & that will tell you the name, location & path of the folder.
