I downloaded to programs and when I unzip it. There is no exe to excute it just couple of bin files. what does that mean?

.bin is just like .zip or .rar
its a compressed folder, and you will need an uncompresser to open it, check out www.cnet.com and search for 'bin'

There's actually many types of bin files. Some are game files. But for windows Peerless was on the mark. But for mac, actually yes, before OSX bin was a common compression format.

Excluded files

Bin files, along with Zip, Rar, exe. and many others, are the type of files I have excluded from my search.

When you think of all the strange people out there, playing what they think are practical jokes, it wouldn't take much for some miscreant to put something nasty in one of these compressed files.
