Dvd's cd-r and cd-rw's etc

ok so not using the camera was probably why I didnt use it....I saw the video cam hookup stuff and went to the disc burning feature...

I have the lowest model of the 3 i beleive..the pc is an HP only a few months old...

But w/ my luck anything is possible...

I went into search (not using Google) and pulled up Sonic Record Now...gave me the blowups of what I have to look at....there is a 2nd and third version ....
does more and more w/ each especially if you need labels hahahaha
If it turns out that the DVD+RW is the problem ...then all is solved...
I called Best Buy (where I purchased it) and they told me
1...check the manuals for everything (duh).. I know that now

2..That will determine the disc usuage

3...But he mumbled (The discs probably arent the problem)

4.Do that and see what happens....(Duh)

And we plod on...

So do you know what writer/burner came with your computer?

Dvd's cd-r and cd-rw's etc

No...I'm in work now...

I have no idea....

The front of the tower just says dvd/writer cd/ writer etc

then the f drive says cd rom i think...

I'll look that up also in about 2 hours....

Can the writer be the problem considering it says that the Sonic Record Now does everything but.....to make cd/dvd/burning a snap?

It could be the problem. Your burner may be able to burn dvd's but might not be able to burn dvd+ or something of this nature. Your softw is limited by what your writer can do. Just b/c your softw says it can do this & that (eg: burn dvd9 format disks) it doesn't mean your writer can do it if it wasn't designed to do it.
