Too Many Flawed MP3's being shared

There are too many flawed audio MP3's being shared on the network. These have dropouts, skips, repeats ect. Please listen to your downloaded songs folks and delete the bad ones. It is frustrating enough just to get a sucessful download to find that it is unusable.
