I normally wouldn't waste money on p2p stuff, but I have been trying to find a song (******) and haven't had any luck... after visiting the site and leaving without purchasing, i received an e-mail which had a link to an alledged free search. I did the search, it indicated that the song was available on your system. with no luck anywhere else I paid my money and downloaded this mess y'all call software and did my search again... the exact same search phrase (*****), but now that you have my money the search turns up nothing. with your utter lack of support, how do i go about getting my money back?.
