******--******

I don't know if anyone else has had this problem, but when I put ***** in and all the ****** files come up, every one of them is corrupted. I would just like to know if something could be done about that, wanted to get the song.

See Corrupt mp3’s & avoid T3 connections for downlding popular music where possible. Choose other sources. Make a note of the file size V's quality bit-rate.

A couple of people have suggested fixes to those so called corrupt files. There's apparently at least 2 utility apps out there that can fix many. I don't know about all. See these: 1. video-fixer & 2. MP3RepairTool

Tell us how well they work!? :) ;)

I ended up downloading mp3repair and all that, and it says it fixed my ****** file, but now all windowsmedia plays is a 20 some minute long file of nothing--not sure what happened there. I also noticed that all of the files of the song I want, "*******" are supported by a t3, so maybe I'll eventually get a cable version. But if anyone knows of anything else I could try, please say so

LORD OF THE RINGS- thanks for your help!

If the 1st one didn't work, then try video-fixer. Despite its name, it can apparently also fix mp3's. At least have a look at it. Perhaps these utilities are not the saviour after all. But there's only one way to find out. Unfortunately I use a mac & those apps are only for windows.

Try expanding your search. Use a general search instead of an audio search. Just try the title or just try the artist. Even abbreviate it or slightly mispell it. There's lots of people who don't label their files properly.
