A link doesn't work on the site-PLEASE HELP

Hi all
Yesterday, i decided to make my own LimeWire skin. And started to read the guide to learn how. But when i pressed the link http://www.limewire.com/english/content/legend.pdf , it opened a new page instead of downloading the .pdf file. And on the new page, I couldn't view anything. PLEASE HELP

The link was on the http://www.limewire.com/english/content/makeskins.shtml page.
