 Those alerts were probably only attempted connections through LW. If your firewall is configured properly (to let all traffic through port 6346) you shoulden't have any problems. The same thing would happen to me with ZoneAlarm PRO before I allowed Limewire.exe and port 6346. Thanks for shareing and remember to look to the LimeWire site for more information on firewall settings. Good luck. deepblue
