Were can I find?

I do a search and sometimes I get results like this. sd-reemg.bin that isn't even close to what I was looking for. But it is with the other file names that match what I'm looking for.

So my question is, were can I find out what these weird names mean.

try doing a search in google or yahoo or something for the file name.
