Default iTunes and Limewire (Got it down) Now it's driving me nuts

I downloaded about 20 songs in LW and copied them to my iTunes library. I selected all of them with shift + scroll and then converted them all to ACC format.

I then deleted the original copies from my library, just leaving the ACC format ones.

Now it's near to im-fu**ing-possible getting new LW songs into there.

Here's why:

I copy the new songs into my library and then they get dispersed everywhere throughout the library. It's a freaking hassle remembering which ones I just added. So its really hard to find the new ones and convert them over.

You may already know this but here goes. I suppose this only applies to same artist but anyway.

Remember also that AAC files also can have ID Tags. If you put the number of the song in this tag, then iTunes will organise it in that order. (Should do before converting to AAC.) Personally I generally organise by artist. The albums will be in order & in their appropriate song order.

To add tags: 1st: Select all the songs belonging to the one album. Then press Command (apple) & i keys (for windows that's Control & i). iTunes will warn you about editing all together, press 'yes'. Now, Add the artist & album information & year & total songs & anything else that applies to all the songs such as artwork (double-click that box.) (You may or may not be interested in adjusting volume for them all.) Then press OK.
2. Now you're ready to add each individual song name & the no. of song it is on the album.

Mass editing like this saves a lot of time!
