i dont know what it is. i click on the icon for limewire and it doesnt run. i have reinstalled it several times and tried adding it to my firewall. please help.

Why did you post here? There's a Sticky which specifies Limewire (LW) issues are NOT to be posted here. For that reason I will move it. If you want an answer then read the above link 1st!

Hmmm didn't know LotR had one of those. What's a tizzy any ways.

But it seems some users have been having problems with new updated drivers from ATI for there Radeon series video cards.
Might try and roll back the drivers to the previous ones, if that happens to be your video card maker.

I would also suggest you use the search (upper right between f.a.q. and home) and search for fixes for LW.

i know i just never thought to read that. yea i have a radion video card but the thing is that it ran the first day i had it. I think i figured out what it is though. Im thinking it could be my firewall.

It also might be your firewall. Let us know if you get if fixed and how you did it, it may be helpful to other users.
