burning software

I'm a newbie, so don't assume. I have just downloaded some software I want to burn. How do I burn it from the library? I have burn capabilities with Windows Media Player and also have RecordNow. OS is Windows XP. Problem is I am familiar with Kazaa and Nero.

Don't burn too fast! If you're not sure then try it out on a cd-rw to play back on your computer. If it works then burn to cd-r.
