Limewire does not answer emails
 

I bought limewire pro .Recently i got a new virus and ad program After installing and running it i lost some files from my pro. I tried downloading the original limewire to replace file lost. It did not work of coarse now i am stuck with regular limewire instead of the pro i bought. I have emailed limewire to new avail. I will not pay again for something i have already paid for. Especially when customer service and tech supprt can be so bothered.

LW Pro does not have ads or spyware, etc.

Go to your personal downld page & downld it again. Simple as that. I hope you still have that original email or bookmarked that page. If not try HERE (click on link.) I don't understand why anybody would not keep their original email with the link to their personal downld page or bookmark it. How else will you get updates.

Lord of the rings here is an answer to that one.My answer anyway.

Its easy to not keep an original email when you never received one in the first place from LW.I never recieved anything after paying for my upgrade and have emailed several times to support and have yet to ever get a reply.I have also tried clicking the link you posted and it does not recognize my email address that I signed up with at all.

this site f n sux it says free tech support but there is non and you cant down load unless they see your email when they f ed up and lost it i have had the same email for 8 years and just got this shyty program and i want my money back where the hell do i go to get it or do i have to take them to court for theft by cc

lol That's not the way to ask for help.

Check your email account to find the letter from customer support for your pro page link. And if you needed help on this topic, check thru the stickies at top of sections &/ search function. There is such a one in the Open Discussion Topics section of this forum about your topic.

I need the LimeWire customer service #phone to actually talk to a person, I tried the website that Hobo mentioned, can't get anywhere. Paid 20 bucks and can't downloAD,in fact they are trying to charge me 99 cents per download,I paid 20 $
for the whole year for free downloads. Help.

oops lol ... 99 cents per download you have definitely accidentally wasted your money at a scam site ... Known Scam Sites (click on link). LW does not charge for downloads ... I use Pro myself. Downloads are what 'we' share between each other .. not from some server or website; that's why it's called peer to peer; p2p; person to person.

get your $$$ BACK!!! (music members)
