what has that to do with blobs and tops...you see the file ..you click on it...the programm picks the file at some digit locations and transfers the file parts...if you have to find another destination file storage computer ..same process..

Loss of data packets is an issue. Some connections thru some ISP providers or due to line or device equipment may all play a part in unreliable relay of info. Fine for browsing but if you're uploading or downloading large files then any data loss (packet loss) can mean a corrupt file. There are sites where you can test to see the reliability of your line. eg: http://www.broadbandreports.com/tools & Line Packet Loss Testing is the test.
