How do you get rid of the ANNOYING UPGRADE POP-UP

I HAVE ALREADY PAID 18.88 TWICE. INSTEAD OF REFUNDING I GET UPGRADED-THEN THE POP-UP DISAPPEARED. SHORTLY THEREAFTER, I'M GETTING A NEW ONE. I DO NOT WANT TO SEE THE POP-UP. THE CALL-IN NUMBER IS A ONE-PERSON operation. NO HELP. Also, the refund policy on the order page HAS NEVER OPENED ONCE every time I've tried to review the policy!!!

ANNOYING IN-YOUR-FACE ADVERTISEMENT ASKING FOR MORE OF YOUR MONEY!
