Are people watching me???

I know Limewire doesn't use any spyware, but I would like to know if my downloads can be monitored by any other internet groups or government groups. Is there a possibility that someone out there could be watching me and my downloads?

Yes your internet usage (download, uploads, viewings, etc) can be monitored by your ISP.
