Transferring Files to Music Match

My MP3 player sync's with musicmatch. how do I get my Limewire files into the musicmatch software please. thanks for any help.

I just did it, lemme think. Highlight the first then hold down either shift or control, then highlight the last one. It should move all the songs over.
