Sorting songs

Is there a way i can sort my files into different folders, because they dont seem to want to be in alphabetical order and it wont let me move them.

See Albumwrap/iTunes (Click on link) iTunes does it for you automatically & orgainises songs into artist>album folders.

It doesnt sort it into artist and album, it just makes one big list of all of my limewire songs, any advice?

No you need to import them into iTunes 1st for it to do this. As far as your downld folder goes (normally called Shared bu default) LW will only downld to one single folder. So at least once they're in iTunes they are organised. See links I gave you.

Yea i already got them into Itunes, it just made one huge list of songs, i didnt have to upload them or anything, did it automatically. (sorry if im getting annoying, Im stupid) So now i just have one huge list of songs called "My Limewire songs"

That list is simply a playlist. Those songs are not within the iTunes Music Library. That's why you need to follow the tutorial to learn how to add them to the iTunes Music library.

After adding to iTunes library, these songs will appear in your LW Library window after pressing the Refresh button. That's if you added the iTunes Music Library as a shared library.

Within iTunes you can use Control & O keys & direct it to LW's downld folder & add them. Either that or go to LW's Library window, select Saved Files folder & press the Explore button & the folder will open for you. Then just drag & drop them onto iTunes.
