Hi all

I wish it could be somehow possible to "blacklist"or mark some people.
I have seen many times now , people that are on line downloading , but disabled uploading from them :(
It makes me irritated
It should be made possible to blackmark or so an IP adres , when you downloaded a virus , or when you find someone that disabled uploading....
I asked up the files of a person on line , where I did not get the download I was asking for.
I saw 2400+ files on his pc.
he disabled chat , and I was unable to download from him , I saw he had files from my pc in his pc....
so a pure leech :(
and I did see more of such people...
If you could blackmark a user , others should be able to see it , and choose someone else to download , and make it impossible for the one to download from others....and then to find a way to make his/her restriction undone , when the one has bettered his live ( by enabeling downloads ? )
I did have also people that had only virusses to download......:(
