auto download possible??? is there no way to auto resume downloads? |
Currently, no. The only way now is to manually click resume. However, you may want to post about this in the New Feature Request forum. Good luck. deepblue |
This is not totally related but partially related: Requeries Actually LW does attempt to make connection with each file anyway after you open it. If you have people uplding from you then it'll make it easier to continue downlds without manually searching or resuming, etc. Some hints: After opening LW wait 10 to 20 mins before using. Let it settle down 1st. Don't use the Resume button on all incomplete files. This can have side-fx such as affect LW's connection quality. This will also stress LW & your comp. If you use Resume/Find sources then just apply it to a couple or so at one time. A well set-up LW can start to automatically continue its dwnlding after it's settled down perhaps 2 out of 3 times you open LW. Optimising LW & Maximising Uplds & Dwnlds A (1st post only) & also Part B which is even better & last & least are search & dwnld hints. The latter one I've been thinking about re-writing for some time. That's just for playing it safe. eg- I show all speeds & qualities. eg: http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showth...028#post116028 |
Hmm... Well, I have a hacked version which reads all downloads it should do out of a textfile and downloads all results found... |
