this has probably been asked somewhere else and answered but im going to ask this question simple and easy.
Can someone get fined for getting a shared file over the internet? say I download an e***n j*** song. Can I be fined? I am expecting an answer containing 1 word and only one word.

ahh but it is limewire's part to say if this is illegal or not. straight up not hidden in some long document. That is for those of us who don't read the fine print and don't understand the law enough to know about these things. P.S gnutella forums also say no spamming(its not a law but its a rule) and i wouldn't waste my time posting to another person that asked a question if i wasn't going to answer it.

You see I was going to try and register and I did but I didn't get an email to activate my account.
