Does n e 1 know if it is at all possible to delete your search history?????????????????????????????

Yes! This can be accomplished a couple of ways. When you close and restart LW your autocompletion of text fields is deleted/cleared.

You can also disable this feature within LW tools>options>view>autocomplete text --- uncheck the box --- click apply then okay.

Btw, this doesn't really clear your history. If you go look at the .dat files in your shared folder they will still list most or all of the files you have downloaded for some reason. I delete them manually when i want to clear things.

erm, that's the dat and bak files in your Incomplete folder (in C:\Incomplete\)

The topic is about Search History/autocomplete, not about downld records. Yes the incomplete files' prefs are stored within the .dat & bak file but why would you want to delete these.

lol...you been trying to get some porn and now your like o **** cuz you cant get it away. yeah to delete history get mozilla its wayy easier to get ride of porn sites. but if you mean useing limewire if you x out of it then when its icon is down there you just right click and then press exit and when you clikc on it it wont be there
