transfer files from LW to a PSP
 

i tried looking at transfer to itunes or ipod but i dont have those and as far as i can tell the ways they show on the sticky are older than my version

i appreciate any help i get

I don't think so. The same ways apply. They were only updated days ago. The skins may look different that's all. What's more, there's also both iPod & iTunes tutorial links there & a link to an iPod (& iTunes) forum. Look closer.
