For the last week or so I have been experiencing a situation in which the UltraPeers I have been a 'Leaf' to have been dropping out frequently. And for the last month I have been unable to connect as an UltraPeer, myself, so frequently lose my place in line with 'busy hosts'. I have a 1.5MB DSL connection, but am unable to connect as an UltraPeer using any of the available 'speed' selections. Any ideas, folks? On how I can get upgraded to UP (I am on-line just about 24/7) and be part of the solution, instead of merely being one experiencing the problem?

Hmmm wonder if your ISP has started blocking/filtering p2p applications or that port.
Try changing your port to a different one. Don't forget to make the changes in your firewalls also. |
