accidentally hit "clear inactive"..can i retrieve download?
 

downloaded movie. viewed it....accidentally clicked "clear inactive" can i retrieve? if so, how do i then save for further use?

When LW completes a download, the file is not temp saved on LW then deleted the moment you close LW or clear it from the downloads list. (feel free to breathe a sigh of relief at this point)
Go to the Options under Tools (assuming that you have a Windows PC. If you have a Mac, then go to the Preferences under Limewire) and go to Saving. Remember the path shown there and browse to that point with your browser.
Note: If you didn't change anything during the first installation or later, then that directory is a folder labeled "Shared". All completed downloads are stored there.
