I thought this service was FREE
 

I've been a member of this for a few months and I've just noticed that £80 has been taken out of my bank by LIME today. I thought this was a free service.

It looks like you gave your bank details to a scam site, there is no membership fee (or fee of any sort) for downloading and using basic LW, it is entirely free.

However, if you want to use LW Pro it will cost you just over £10, at current exchange rates. You can get a copy of (basic) LW or purchase a legitimate copy of LW Pro from here:

I would also suggest that you contact your bank and try to get your money back, explain that you were conned into passing on your details to scam merchants.

And one other thing, always do some research to find out if you are dealing with a legitimate company before passing out your bank or credit card details, remember that the internet is now like the wild west (with a cowboy behind every flashy site) and not like your local high street where you have protection under the law.
