Needs Help
 

While I was over in Germany every club I went into played this one song that I fell in love with.
I never found out the name of the song or the artist so I was wondering if somebody could help me out.
I'm not very good at describing it, but perhaps it will ring a bell with someone.
The song didn't have many lyrics but it was sung by someone with a high voice singing (as far as I could understand) "Everybody everybody whoa whoa whoa" The song went in a loop where it would repeat four high notes that sounded off like bells. I know this is pretty ambigous, but if anyone has the slightest idea of what I am talking about it would be great to get a response.
