I read in the 'Times' today that several people have paid out 'fines' as a result of downloading music files? How can a parent be responsible for the actions of a minor, and pay the fine?
In fact how can they prove who was using the computer to do this downloading in question? I have allowed several people to use my computer as a point of convenience, I do hope they are sure of there ground on this.
