dowloading issues and quality
 

on certain downloads i seem tohave other files attached to the
main file iwanted rendering file useless please help me solve this problem

Don't think you can! I beleave what you are recieving are parts of a program and not the whole program, this is why it doesn't work.

Not sure what you are downloading, but it is always good to selects folders to download instead of single files. Also applications never work unless you get the whole folder(consists of 2 or more files).
