HELP! Songs into Files??

Help! I have made a file and now i want to put songs into these files from my shared files. how do i do this? :confused:

Go to LW's Library, menu File>Add Folder to share, & direct it to where your folder is that your new share files are located.

huh huh and huh?

ok, now what? Ok, i made a file (ya no, the kind that goes by shared and saved files) I made it for my dad, so the title is dad. then i made a mp3 playlist that i want in the dad file... how do i get this mp3 list in the dad folder...??? i think i worded it wrong the first time...:confused:
