quality?
what is the quality above the number of shared files for?

It shows your LW connection quality. I'm not sure about all the options. But some are not connected, poor (I think), connected, Turbocharged. Sorry I can't remember them all. It is also represented graphically with the colour bars which range from red to green & blue (light blue for turbocharged.)
