 automatic withdrawl I subscribed to your basic package around a year ago...it was around $18. I used your service for a year and found it very useful. I am no longer in need of your service and was suprised when another $18 was automatically taken from my account. How may I unsubscribe and get a refund as that money was allocated to other bills. Thanks for your response.  |
