HELP iRiver is iMpossible !!!!!

My iRiver is not taking the LW files

I save them into my pc,but when I click and drag them over, but they are in ".m3u" format and the iRiver only reads ".mp3"

there must be an easy solution to this, but after an hour and a half I can't find it.

help, before iLoseit!!!

.m3u files are playlist files, they don't contain the actual music. Find the .mp3 files and try moving them to your iRiver thingy.
