How do you connect to a live person
 

I believe my email address that I used was incorrect. I can not get in to download area and would like to address this issue asap.
Is there a hot line number you can call and reach a support person?

Nope! They have email contact. They don't have enough staff to support multiple phone support.

If they don't recognise your email then it's either of 2 reasons. 1. You gave them the incorrect email address. 2. You didn't purchase LW from the official site but a scam site such as one of these: Known Scam sites
