how do you unqueue downloads?

Highlight file(s) Click Stop.... You will then need to go at your own convenience to Library >Incomplete files and delete the relevent files from there. It is not a good idea to do this after a heavy session as it tends to hang limewire for a few minutes if Limewire has been working hard. A word of warning......... be very careful about deleting files from other library folders as this will delete them from your hard drive altogether.

It's natural for all incomplete files to be queued after opening LW. Then one by one LW will try to connect with each one. QUEUED = LW is too busy at that time to handle those files. Wait a while for LW to settle down after opening. Also don't downld too many simultaneously. More hints from the off-shoot links here: To continue files downlding (click on link)
