my wmp don't play avi videos

it only play mpg mpeg


ii download and put in the media codes and stuff is something i need to do to make it work

read the instructions of the codecs before installing. Also get a back up player like VLC. See CODECs list for Movies If you search your problem on the forum using the search button, you can generally get much faster answers. This question has been asked thousands of times. lol :D
