Rhapsody is in my way I recently downloaded Rhapsody and when I search for songs, it always appears as Rhapsody files, not as Windows Media Player or RealOne. I tried uninstalling Rhapsody, but the uninstall shield was not able to be found. Can someone help? |
That's because you need to change the default back to your prefered program. Use the same principle here: Setting Default video app but apply it to audio files instead. ;) Oh & did you open up the Add/remove Programs control panel? That's how you can uninstall many programs. :) |
I actually already tried add/remove programs and I wasn't able to uninstall it because the uninstall folder was not found. ALso, I don't get one gist of that first response. |
Click on the link. There's a step by step explanation how to make wmp or another player your default program so it shows those icons instead. eg: wma files you probably want wmp to be default. Likewise for realplayer files. |
