awaiting sources anyone know exactly what this means?? I have 4 songs like this waiting to download. a reply would be appreciated thanks..... |
I believe (and if I'm wrong, I stand corrected) is that the host of the file has either disconnected from the network or is unavailable and you'll have to play cat-n-mouse to complete the file. The program will automatically search and attempt to download the file whenever you are signed on to the network. You may want to browse the threads in Tips and Tricks or use the search function to answer a lot of your questions. Hope I've helped... |
I find that if I disconnect and close limewire, then reconnect and do a repeat search for the file I want, the file starts downloading again. I often do this when I find I am awaiting sources and it usually works every time. Try it. Hope it helps. |
You may want to also try just highlighting the file and click find sources, no need to disconnect, but it may take a few attempts and some patience, that's all. |
