keyword search won't return any files in my library. plz help!
 

when i do a search using keywords that are in titles of my files in library, i get no results. for example....in my library is a file named tak tik toc - i do a keyword search of any type and enter into the search field tak toc, and i get 0 results. i want to share these files with others when they search for keywords so any advice would help. i think the default search is using AND so is it just not searching my i.p.? thanks!!!!

LimeWire does not search your own shared files. It would be kinda silly for it to return results for files you share. Why would you want to d/l your own file?

i wanted to see how the searches were done....example does it use AND OR NOT " * " , how does it deal with related words, exludes/includes characters next to words, exact word matches with no expansions, etc., - i wanted to include as many keywords IN THE TITLE ITSELF so more users could find my files, which otherwise would be difficult because they all are recorded and written by unpopular (i use ''unpopular'' because they are not familar or well-known to most people). i am targeting a specific group who would otherwise find it very hard to find files from these writers and speakers. Thanks for any advice to future posters to this thread!!!!!!
