Default Is there a way to make all mp3's the same volume before the burn to CD?

I have a good many mp3's, and when I select 200 odd mp3's to transfer to CD disc to listen in that format I find that quite a few of them are either too soft or too loud in volume.

I use WMP 11 for the burn and use a Pentium 4 XP PC with 980 MB of ram .

and I use acoustica converter PLUS for mp3 to wave and back again if needed.

any software out there to make this happen ???
