i cant search at all
 

help me please!!! i type in the title and artist and a small side screem comes up and shows genre and artists but not the song. The search screen doesn't come up u no the one with the stars and titles.

you could try shutting down LW and restarting it. that might help.
But it sounds like you need to resize your search results window. In the window to the right of where you type in your search, there should be a blank window. In the top left corner of that window is the word "Downloads", and right above that two little arrows, put your curser on that line and left click it and hold it , then drag that line down and let go. And that should show your search results window
