Lord of the Rings has a distinguished reputation

By default your downlds go here: C:\Documents and Settings\"your account name"\Shared but you may have changed this location. You can access your downlds easily by going to the LW Library window & select Saved Files & press the Explore button & this will open the folder up for you.

BTW there is a support forum here: Creative Zen Touch MP3 Player Technical Support Forum (click on link)

I noticed from this site: http://www.americanmusical.com/item-...-brand-57.html that all you need to do is: Included software lets you drag-and-drop data and music files to and from your Creative Zen Touch inside Windows Explorer. So I guess the philosophy here is to RTFM.
