![]() To: JustLookin & Devshant: While I'm not familiar with this song, I felt compelled to assist you in your lifelong quest to locate this song. I am very pleased to announce that my search was successful! First off, Devshant - you were right about the artist being Gene Pitney. I found out, however, that when the song was released in 1963, the recording artist were listed as "Jamie and Jane", a Male/Female Duo Act. Gene Pitney, of course, was "Jamie" (the Male Half of the Duo Act), and Ginny Arnell (his female counterpart) was "Jane". After tweaking some key words and phrases in my query, I struck gold and located a direct link to the song (in Real Player Format), which is listed below. http://www.terrificmusic.com/files/m..._on_sunday.ram At long last...your search is finally over :-) Enjoy! |
