I just read some "users" reviews from Download.com and most of them were quite negative about this product.
One reviewer even said:

Even saying that, the makers say:

Whose proxy server is this software connecting me to; do they mind that I am connecting to their server without their permission; can they track my usage (they will have my original and substitute IP) and can they cut my internet/P2P connection?
It seems that if the authorities can track your activities back to this proxy server the server’s log will have your real IP address, which will lead to your Internet Provider and eventually lead to you.

PS. I may revise this post once I have had a chat with a colleague
who knows much more than I do about servers.
PPS. I have had the “chat” and was warned that people that may own these anonymous proxy servers could be anything from dodgy organisations (paedophiles, criminals, etc.), terrorist or the authorities (MI5, CIA, FBI, etc.).
