Can anyone nuetral tell me if Pro is worth the 19 buck upcharge vs. Basic? Are the advantages noticable and what are they?

The two programs are almost identical. The Pro version is basically for those who like the program and would like to see LimeWire's developers keep their heads above the water and continue to develope and make the program better. I hope this mostly answers your question.
